Not your strategy. Not your next-step plan. Something beneath it. You’ve felt it — in the moments when everything fit and time disappeared. In the quiet after a conversation in which you changed how someone sees themselves. In that stubborn certainty that you’re here for something larger than what currently fills your calendar.
Most people spend their lives managing this feeling. Containing it. Waiting for the right moment.
I believe the right moment was long ago, and the next best is now.
THE ORIGIN
Where I come from — and where it has led me.
I spent fifteen years as an entrepreneur in international machinery trade. Industrial equipment. Cross-border deals. The kind of work where no one cares about your vision — only whether you deliver.
I was good at it. And I was restless in it. Because something always pulled at me, toward a question the machinery trade couldn’t answer:
“What happens when a person stops performing their life — and starts truly living it?”
Why this works when other things haven’t:
This question led me to a place I hadn’t expected. I started studying clinical hypnosis. NLP. Not because I wanted a new career. Because I wanted to understand something I could feel but not explain — the invisible architecture beneath how people think, decide and hold themselves back.
NLP opened a door I didn't know existed. Suddenly I could see the structure behind what people said. The patterns beneath their words. The dimensions they were thinking in without knowing it.
I could tune in to someone and within moments feel how that person experienced the world — not as a concept, but as if I had entered their perspective. Rapport wasn’t something I built. It was something I stepped into.
And then came the moment that changed everything. My first real session. Not a technique exercise. A complete session with a real person and a real issue. And something happened that no textbook had prepared me for. I saw the change move physically through this person. The posture shifted. The face changed. Something released that had been locked for years — and I could watch it happen in real time, right in front of me.
That was the moment I understood: this isn’t a tool. This is access to something fundamental about how people work.
And I knew I would never go back to a world where I pretended the surface was enough.
In the hundreds of hours of training and supervised practice afterward, I’ve seen this movement in many forms — and experienced it in my own body. I was often on the client’s side myself. As long as I believed the problem lay elsewhere, it stayed. As soon as I recognized myself as the problem — and thereby also as the solution — something became accessible.
I know how hard it can be to truly trust and let go. I’ve walked this movement myself. That’s why this is the work that carries me most strongly: creating a space in which this trust becomes possible — and in which solutions arise that can’t come from outside.
THE CORRESPONDENCE
When AI came, I already knew the question.
When AI came and suddenly demanded that entrepreneurs and leaders become someone fundamentally new — not simply learn tools, but change at the level where they truly operate — I recognized this question immediately. I had lived it.
So I went further. I built my own agentic nucleus AI structure on my own servers. Not to demonstrate something. Because I wanted to know from the inside what it actually demands of a human mind to work with artificial intelligence as a real partner.
What I found confirmed what I’d already seen in sessions: the obstacle was never the technology. It was always the same. People carrying a version of themselves that’s too small for what they actually intend. Beliefs installed decades ago, running quietly in the background, making every decision a little safer than it would need to be.
What I've seen again and again in sessions: hypnosis reaches this level. Motivation doesn't. Information doesn't. Force certainly doesn't. Hypnosis does.
What I ask of these people — and of myself — is a different operation:
“Think back from the future. Not from yesterdays toward tomorrow.”
Whoever works with AI as a partner can’t decide from yesterday’s logic. The machine extrapolates linearly. The human does something else — when he has access to it.
Human and AI don't serve one another. Both are part of something larger. AI will be faster and more efficient than us at what we call classical knowledge intelligence — because its entire focus is on that. But humans have access to more than intelligence, and to further forms of intelligence. Consciousness, intuition, body knowledge — dimensions that go beyond what's measurable.
“This gives people more possibilities and more responsibility.”
And when this access is open, it's not only the human who unfolds. AI unfolds its potential — together, and driven by the human who is now more than they assumed themselves to be.
This isn’t a manifesto. It’s a perspective. I don’t know if it’s true. But I see it that way. And I work accordingly.
THE CORE
The work in one sentence.
I don’t teach people AI or how they should think. And I don’t coach them through their problems.
“I ignite what is already there in you, and create the structure and the vessel to hold it.”
Like a flame that touches the next. Not because the second flame was broken. But because no one came close enough to light it.
That’s what I do. In sessions. In rooms. In the way I move through a conversation. I find the place in someone where the fire has gone quiet, and I help turn it back up.
My Why took a long time before I said it aloud. Not because I didn’t know it. Because it sounded too simple:
“I exist to carry what was given to me into the world and to make the core in people shine — so they carry their fire forward and a world emerges in which people truly live — instead of planning out of their learned limitations.”
This isn’t a tagline. It’s what I do on Tuesdays. It’s the reason I left the safety of pure potential and started to become visible — imperfect, and without waiting until it feels finished.
HOW I WORK
What happens in a session.
Clinical hypnosis opens access where rational reflection can’t reach. NLP gives the movement form — through language, perception, patterns. My perception finds the point where the structure breaks or holds.
Concretely: in a session I work on two levels at once. Consciously, I hear what you say. At the same time I register where the sentence sits in the body, what you leave out, where the voice changes. There, what words alone don’t show becomes visible — and that’s exactly where the work happens.
Not coaching. Rebuilding.
Why this works when other things haven’t:
Research shows: 95% of brain activity runs below the threshold of awareness. The patterns that steer you — in decisions, in leadership, in relationships — are installed there. Motivation, information and willpower work on the other 5%. This isn’t a reproach. It’s neurobiology. And it explains why the three books on the nightstand don’t make the pull disappear.
Deep attempts at change rarely fail for lack of will — but because the lever is applied at the wrong level. Hypnosis applies it differently.
Applying it at the right level is measurably effective: in a recent meta-analysis of 48 studies, clinical hypnosis noticeably strengthened the results of established methods — most clearly in long-term effect (Ramondo et al., 2021).
“The only prerequisite: a willingness to see yourself as the first variable.”
THE FIT
Who this is for.
I work with people who have built something real. People who have achieved — and still feel the pull of something unfinished.
People who suspect — perhaps clearly for the first time — that the version of them that built what exists isn’t the version that will lead what comes next.
If you’ve read this far, you already know whether this is for you.
The stone already knows what it is.
The lightning shows it to him.
The sun lets it grow.
The fire has long been in you. It always was. The only question is: are you willing to let it out?
