THE FOUNDATION
Not three toolboxes.
There is a level on which patterns were installed. On which decisions are pre-formed before the conscious mind makes them. This level has a name: your Inner Architecture — the supporting structure that determines how you think, decide and lead. Information alone doesn’t reach it to change it. Good advice doesn’t either. Willpower least of all.
People often believe they know the cause with the mind. But the mind is too limited for the necessary complexity.
The necessary level isn’t flat. It rests on several layers: what was installed in you decades ago, how you’re connected to the system you stand in, and what lies beneath all roles.
What reaches it are three ways in. They are not three separate toolboxes — they work in the same movement, on the human as a whole, not at individual repair points.
Holistic and integrative means exactly this: not three methods in sequence, but one work that, depending on the person and the moment, goes through the door that’s open.
WHAT YOU EXPERIENCE FIRST
It begins in the conversation.
Linguistic Architecture
We build from minute one. No warm-up, no gathering of information — direct alignment from the first second.
Through rapport, voice and metaphors that arise in the moment, the client falls into a focus in which the dots connect that seemed separate before. Not because I give answers — but because the direction he follows himself becomes visible.
The change happens where the mind has blocked it until now. Not through pressure. Because the path is cleared.
WHEN IT REACHES DEEPER STILL
Clinical hypnosis.
Some patterns sit deeper than language alone reaches. Then what’s already running in the conversation deepens.
This has nothing to do with stage shows. Clinical hypnosis is precision work. Control stays with the client — it's even increased, not reduced. The reason it works is physiological: the nervous system doesn't distinguish between simulated and actual experience. What's lived through in this state is stored like something experienced.
Why it works is well studied: even imagined experience activates the same neural pathways as the actual — the motor system rehearses along, even when the movement happens only inside. What's lived through in this state leaves a real neural trace.
This isn’t an esoteric principle. It’s clinically documented — you’ll find the body of studies in the deep dive.
THE ADDED PRECISION BENEATH.
NLP.
NLP isn’t a type of session. It’s the precision with which I work in the conversation — not a promise about the brain, but a model for the structure of language.
In the 1970s, Bandler and Grinder modeled what people like Milton Erickson actually do. Not a system proven in the strict sense — a model that works, and whose linguistic core stands on serious ground: Chomsky, Korzybski, later cognitive linguistics. It’s what lets the metaphor land exactly, the sequence be right, the sentence arrive where it’s needed.
The honest, long line is on the deep-dive page.
THE PROCESS.
What happens in a session.
In hundreds of sessions I’ve seen how people dodge themselves exactly when they’re on the right path. Not out of defiance — they sense the path and, at the same time, what awaits on it. When the space holds, the dodging stops. What happens then can’t be explained from the mind.
The client connects the dots himself — as if they lay right in front of him. He moves through inner images that arise in the moment, guided but not steered. What was a barrier before is, at one point, simply no longer there. Not overcome. Not broken through. No longer there.
And it doesn’t stop with the session. Insights keep coming — hours, days later. A momentum, a direction that wasn’t there before, or not in awareness.
Sometimes it simply emerges in talking. You're drawn into another world while still being present. This lets the dots connect as if they were right in front of you. And afterward, to recognize and change patterns within yourself.
WHY IT WORKS.
What makes the difference.
During a session I’m fully awake — I hear what you say. At the same time another part of me is released: it registers how you say it, where your body reacts, what you leave out, which movement comes before it happens. The conscious part follows your sentence. The other sees the patterns beneath it.
This double attention — conscious and unconscious at once — is a distinction that goes back to Milton Erickson. It’s not an ability you either have or don’t — it’s one you cultivate over years.
It's the reason something can move in an hour that wouldn't have been movable in an hour of conversation. This is the capacity I want to awaken in my clients too.
THE LIMIT
Whom the movement belongs to.
A question rarely spoken aloud, but often present:
“Who actually changes whom here?”
The answer is clear. The client defines the goal, in his own language. I guide and steer — he makes the movement himself. What he recognizes belongs to him.
I actually do relatively little, but I create the possibility so that clients find and integrate their own solutions.
And there is a built-in safeguard no one can bypass: the unconscious always also protects the person. It allows nothing that the whole system doesn’t want. Nothing can be smuggled in here.
This isn’t an assurance I give — it’s how the system is built.
DEEPENING.
Deeper.

What this means for you:
WHERE THIS METHOD LIVES
What makes the difference.
This method is part of a larger paradigm. Three movements (equal footing, identity, spiral), two layers (mindsets as ground, archetypes as form) — and this method as the way between them.
FAQ
CONTEXT
Where this work fits.
What is described on this page is coaching and consciousness work. I diagnose no illnesses, treat no mental disorders and give no medical recommendations. If you have a diagnosed illness or suspect you have one, the right address is a physician, an alternative practitioner (Heilpraktiker) or a licensed psychotherapist.
The studies cited here come from clinical and psychotherapeutic research contexts; they substantiate the method as such, not my coaching practice. This work is not suitable for people with diagnosed dissociative disorders or PTSD.
