What does an exploratory session cost? How is it structured?

The exploratory session is free. 45 minutes via video.You describe what you’re currently wrestling with. I listen, observe, ask. At the end of the 45 minutes you know whether the work fits you — and if so, which format. It’s not a sales conversation. It’s precise structural work on first contact: what holds in you, what breaks, and whether my methodology is the right answer to it. If it isn’t, I say so. Then I refer you to colleagues or methods that fit better. It only becomes binding if, after the exploratory session, you want to continue.

Confidential. No data sharing. Professional ethics, not a marketing promise.Everything said in a session, an exploratory session or a workshop is absolutely confidential. That’s not a marketing promise — it’s professional ethics and, in clinical hypnosis, a professional matter of course. Recordings are made only with express consent, stored securely and deleted on request. Data protection in accordance with the GDPR is ensured.
