FOR YOU — 1:1 WORK

Not a problem of your knowledge or skill. An architecture problem

Most people who come to me carry something inside that's larger than what their life can currently hold. I find the place where the structure breaks - and rebuild.

Trust this signal

You’ve built. You’ve delivered. You’ve made decisions others didn’t want to make — and it worked. And still you sometimes wake up with a feeling you can’t place. Not dissatisfaction. More a quiet certainty: there is more.

You tell no one. “I want more” sounds like ingratitude in your world. Maybe for years you’ve heard: you want too much.

It's not ingratitude. It's the perception of something true: what is isn't enough. You can have more - and be balanced at the same time. That's not a contradiction.

What if this very “wanting too much” isn’t a flaw — but the clearest sign of what comes next?

THE PATTERN

Two diagnoses. One work

In both cases the work is the same: bringing the relationship between force and structure into the right proportion.

Too much fire, too little vessel.

You sense that something wants to come through you — a force, a clarity, a next level. But the structure of your life or your thoughts doesn’t hold it. You function. But you don’t live at the frequency you actually have. The energy is there. The vessel is missing.

Too much vessel, too little fire.

You’ve built everything — career, system, control. But the lightning no longer strikes. Everything runs, nothing burns. The structure is perfect. But there’s no life in it anymore. The vessel stands. The fire is missing.

HOW I WORK

What happens in a session.

Clinical hypnosis opens access where rational reflection can’t reach. NLP gives the movement form — through language, perception, patterns. My perception finds the point where the structure breaks or holds.

Concretely: In a session I work on two levels at once. Consciously, I hear what you say. At the same time I register where the sentence sits in the body, what you leave out, where the voice changes. There, what words alone don’t show becomes visible — and that’s exactly where the work happens.

Not coaching. Rebuilding.

“I actually do relatively little, but I create the possibility.”

Why this works when other things haven’t:

Research shows: 95% of brain activity runs below the threshold of awareness. The patterns that steer you — in decisions, in leadership, in relationships — are installed there. Motivation, information and willpower work on the other 5%. This isn’t a reproach. It’s neurobiology. And it explains why the three books on the nightstand don’t make the pull disappear.

Deep attempts at change rarely fail for lack of will — but because the lever is applied at the wrong level. Hypnosis applies it differently.

Applying it at the right level is measurably effective: in a recent meta-analysis of 48 studies, clinical hypnosis noticeably strengthened the results of established methods — most clearly in long-term effect (Ramondo et al., 2021).

“The only prerequisite: a willingness to see yourself as the first variable.”

THE MIRROR

Do you recognize yourself here?

Have built something that works — and still sense that the version of themselves that built it isn’t the version that will lead the next.

Suspect that the real change doesn’t happen in the business, not in strategy, not in technology — but in themselves.

Are willing to start with themselves. Not because something is broken. But because something is waiting that’s larger than anything they’ve allowed so far.

Exploratory session.

Encounter. We check whether the work fits.

A clear first conversation. No sales pitch. No mini-session. A mutual check with substance.
You describe what you’re wrestling with. I listen, ask, observe. By the end we both know whether we go on — and if so, in what format.

Blitzwerk.

Accelerator. One day, one theme.

Concentrated accelerators at the core point of a specific theme. Lightning that triggers change — not as a method, but as a precise intervention. One decision. One pattern. One recurring blockage. A day on which something actually breaks open.

Half a day to a full day, with a precise intervention on an issue that needs resolving now.

Lichtwerk.

Ignition. Movement between two chapters.

A focused sequence of sessions for a larger transition. The version you were no longer fits. The next isn’t visible yet. We work at the point where it ignites — where what you were connects with what you’re becoming. What contradicted before begins to agree.

3 - 6 sessions or full-day units, over 4 - 8 weeks for the turning point that's due.

Architecture.

Rebuilding. What no longer carries is set anew.

Guidance over three to six months. Rebuilding your inner supporting structure. I read, reinforce and support the lasting realignment of force and structure. Targeted interventions and deeper turns, where they arise in the process. In the end: force and structure in the right proportion.

For some, rebuilding doesn’t end after months. Where it fits, it becomes a load-bearing relationship over time — discreet, subject to availability.

3 - 6 months, on request, 14-day rhythm or condensed - for people who are willing, for something even more and integration.

THRESHOLD

Or read on about what concretely changes and book later.

Szene 1 - Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Klarheit.

Before:

You’ve been putting off that one decision for months. You gather information, ask advisors, run scenarios — and still don’t feel what’s right.

Afterward:

You make the decision. Not because you suddenly have all the answers—but because you have access to a clarity that doesn't come from your head. And it feels easy.

Scene 2 — inner authority.

Before:

Du funktionierst einfach oder funktionierst im Rhythmus anderer. Der Kalender bestimmt Deinen Tag. Du reagierst. Und abends spürst Du: Das war nicht meins.

Afterward:

Your own rhythm determines when you open your laptop. Not the rhythm set for you by others. What you do doesn't feel like work—it feels like a part of you.

Scene 3 — authenticity.

Before:

You play a role that works. The managing director. The doer. The version that delivers. And somewhere beneath it waits someone who wants more than to deliver.

Afterward:

The role and the person behind it are one. You no longer build what the world expects of you. You build what’s inside you — what brings you joy, what you look forward to on waking. Even after fifteen years.

Szene 4 - Integration.

Before:

Business life here, private life there, and in between a quiet feeling that the two don't fit together. Enough achieved — and yet not enough.

After

A feeling of: Everything is already there. Not satiation. Abundance. You realize that you are part of something bigger. And that your next step doesn't have to be bigger—but truer.

Szene 5 - Wachstum in beide Richtungen.

Before:

For you, growth means more. More revenue, more reach, more expertise. The direction forward is clear — and sometimes you don't understand why it feels like pressure.

After:

Growth now means: in both directions. Outwards and inwards. What deepens supports what expands. Both grow without one costing the other.

THE FIT

Before you request the exploratory session.

You recognize for yourself whether this is yours — faster than I ever could decide. This page is the mirror for that, not a test I administer. In the exploratory session you hear whether this is your language, and I listen along. But the recognizing is yours. Anyone can walk this work — what differs is only the willingness to look.

You recognize yourself if:

  • you want to lead the way. Are willing to take responsibility for your own change.

  • you, as an entrepreneur or leader, have already built something and sense that more is possible. In your environment, you’re often the only person who thinks this way.

  • you recognize that the version of you that built what exists isn’t the version that will lead what comes next.

Not the right moment yet, if:

  • you don’t (yet) want to see yourself as the first variable.

  • you believe a tutorial, a piece of advice or a simple framework solves the problem.

  • you’re not looking for change, but for another justification for why the current situation is warranted.

For me, Thorsten Kistner, personally it was like this: only when I identified myself as the problem — and thereby also as the solution — did something become accessible, and through that real growth became possible.

“Whoever doesn’t yet want to see themselves as the first variable isn’t wrong — just not here yet. No reproach. A question of the moment.”

WHAT MAKES THIS WORK DEEPER

Identity is not adopted. It is created.

You won’t find a new role here. No version of you that someone else has pre-thought. No identity you assemble from books or courses.

We work on the level where what you are is already present — beneath layers that moved in decades ago.

The work is not addition. It's subtraction and integration. What's uncovered is not a new identity — it's yours, unobstructed for the first time.

"Thorsten works with precision, intent, and deep attention to the outcomes I want to achieve. He has a creative, flexible, and personalized approach to hypnosis that has had meaningful results for me, leaving me with valuable insights both in the moment and weeks later. I highly recommend working with him."
